Joining the members’ channel
After paying, tap Join the members’ channel on the welcome page or in your welcome email. Telegram opens and you join with one tap.
No Telegram yet? Install it from your app store first (it’s free), then use the same link.
New phone or new Telegram account
Use the same link from your welcome email again. Your new account joins and the old one is taken out: one account per membership.
Lost your links?
Type the email you joined with. If it has a membership, we email your links again.
Only ever sent to that address.
Change your card, see receipts, cancel
Use Manage my membership in your welcome email. It opens Stripe’s secure page, where you can change your card, download receipts or cancel.
If you cancel, you keep the channel until the end of the month you paid for. Founding members lose the founding price when they cancel.
A payment didn’t go through
Stripe tries again over the next days and emails you. You keep access meanwhile. To fix it now, update your card with Manage my membership.
No Telegram?
For now, picks are sent through Telegram only. Write to us and tell us what you’d use instead.
